This six-week class is intended for those without any experience with meditation and those who have begun meditating and would like to deepen their practice.

Introduction to Mindfulness for Anxiety
This four-week class is for those suffering from anxiety who would like to begin a meditation practice. Meditation might seem too difficult or frightening if you experiencing racing thoughts and the physical symptoms of anxiety. This class is intended to make meditation more accessible.
