This 8-week group utilizing mindfulness-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for social anxiety can help you develop hope, feel less alone, create connections, and learn strategies for change.
DAYS: Mondays, beginning March 18, 2019. Please see calendar for exact dates
TIME: 5:30 - 6:45 pm
PRICE: $600 total which includes telephone intake and all groups.
Half the fee is due at registration and the second half is due at the first group.
