Introduction to Mindfulness

This six-week class is intended for those without any experience with meditation and those who have begun meditating and would like to deepen their practice.  

WHEN:     Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm,  October 15th - November 19th

Introduction to Mindfulness for Anxiety

This four-week class is for those suffering from anxiety who would like to begin a meditation practice.  Meditation might seem too difficult or frightening if you experiencing racing thoughts and the physical symptoms of anxiety.  This class is intended to make meditation more accessible. 

WHEN:     Mondays 5:30 - 7:00 pm, October 26th - November 16th

WHERE:   All sessions will be held via HIPPA-secure Zoom
