Services Offered, Fees and Insurance Issues

 

I offer services for both individuals and groups.  Individual sessions may be held one or more times per week.  Sessions that last longer than 45 -50 minutes may also be scheduled as appropriate.  I do not offer evening or weekend appointments.

Insurance:

I am not in-network with any insurance carriers.  If you have a PPO plan with your insurance carrier, you in all likelihood have out-of-network benefits.  They will be able to detail your benefits.  If this is the case, I will provide you with a Superbill at the end of each month. The Superbill contains all the information required by insurance in order to receive reimbursement.

Fees:

 

$225 for the initial appointment.

​

$180 per 50-minute session.

​

$60 per group therapy session (please contact me to find out which groups are starting soon).

​

Reports, paperwork, and calls related to issues other than scheduling will be billed at a prorated fee.  

Cash, checks, Zelle, and Popmoney payments are accepted.   

Payment is due at the time of service and balances over 30 days may be charged a fee.
